Morning everyone - delighted to finally be able to catalogue this one after a definite identification. No flowers as in too shady a spot. Will look to divide and place somewhere where it will flower #foliagefriday

Ooh…how big a problem is the spreading Julie? It’s great where it currently is amongst the acers and contained bamboo. Size is fine at the moment too but I wouldn’t want it to spread indefinitely 🤔 @juliesgarden

Takes a few years Angela ,bit like daylilies but they are magnificent when they get big ,

Definitely smaller but same sort of texture

That’s good to know, thanks Julie. It’s got reasonable space to spread where it is, I just need to move the Buddha statue forward. Will also bear this in mind when deciding where to locate the other part when split 😀👍🏼 x @juliesgarden

Sounds as though it could possibly be an arum lily…might be worth seeing what happens if you leave it if it’s in an okay position? You can always dig it up if it turns out not to be what you want Sharon 🤔 @sharonhayden
