Could it be allamanda? I'm not sure

Does look like Allamanda hard to tell not seeing the leaves.

That's is an Allamanda, my mum has one in her backyard, grows well has white milky substance when you cut it which is poison and is had to wash off hands and clothes

I am questioning whether it is allamanda. Allamanda is a shrub. This is a climber and does not contain latex @jannette and @errolly the flowers look similar.😃

This climber is happily growing on my friends fence. It's planted in the next neighbours garden. He kindly pushes bits through and over the fence. Soon you won't see the fence. Gardener's are such nice people. Help me identify this plant
