Costus Arabicus Variegatus

Help me identify this plant . The leaves on the underside feel so soft. The growth also spirals. My friend also has green forms. I like this one. What ever it is. Ginger ???mmm not sure.

@janie ..not 100% sure but it looks like it could be a variegated version of blue ginger.

Yeah I have seen the green version but not this colouring, I would say a variegated ornamental ginger
