I started feeding my Roses with banana skins and am pleased with the results 😀 🍌 I'm having one of my 5 a day and they are benefiting from them too #Feed and #Fertiliser

Morning Gtaggers I have found lots of tiny black bugs in my new rose this morning will they harm do I need to treat if so what with? Thank you

At work we use a garlic spray (Garberry) which helps build resistance to blackfly, etc. Seems to have worked well on the roses this year.

They look like pollen beetles, generally harmless but they can cause problems with pollination when it comes to fruit and veg. I always see loads when the rapeseed is in flower as they feast on that and then fly elsewhere for second helpings!
