A tropical tree. It's seeds are released in what looks like a ball of fluff. Used to fill pillows etc, but not so much these days with the introduction of synthetic filler @charlotte
Cool. Looks like they had a safe trip home!!!! How to you package them I’m getting ready to send you the sweet potato lime leaf and burgundy leaf but should I just wrap in about 4 paper towel nice and snug and wrap with Saran Wrap/cling free I’m afraid to put branches and leaves and all in baggie but I can maybe alittle dirt?? Let me know 😊💕
I don't sorry. To be honest Lin, I couldn't tell which tree they were off in the forest where I found them. They were everywhere on the ground, but they are definitely kapok @linfoster
I just it seeds in plastic bags to bring home @terrimclaughlin Wow, that's great, but I've never sent live plants through the post. I think soil would be banned from being sent here, so best not to include any, but yes, Moore it still is 😉😁💕
Kapok seedlings (from Thailand)
Cheers Cyndi. Any sign of life with yours? @cyndi
