It's a most bizarre thing. They have beautiful flowers too, although this one just has the fruit, which are as hard as cannonballs! The fruit is edible although I've not tried it and normally only used for medicinal purposes @KOutdoors @emch @vegandmore

No worries Terri. It is an amazing country. I got there at the end of the rainy season and after the first week there, saw no rain at all. It was around 30C during the day. 25C at night in Bangkok but much cooler at around 15C at night up north in Lampang where I spent most time @terrimclaughlin
