Mines blooming right now too, almost done

They’re so fresh and glowing

💛💛💛

All the ones I see around here seem to be more full of flowers than usual this year @lesliecole491

It's funny you should say that Sharon. The other evening it seemed to be almost glowing in the dusk before sunset 💛 @sharonhayden

#jeatacake .... lovely Forsythia 😃

@liz123 Thank you 😊 It used to be my mother's, so it's a nice permanent reminder.

@jeatacake ... I have cuttings growing that I took from a neighbours potted shrub before she moved 2 years ago. Her specimen had originally been taken from her mum’s plant. As you say, lovely memories ....

I hadn't thought about cuttings 👍 I must try some after it's finished flowering, as this is a particularly nice one 💛 @liz123

@jeatacake you should be seeing some current years growth now that you can use around June/July. It’s reckoned that layering is the easiest way to propagate but Ive not tried that.

Only ever tried (& failed) layering once, on a rhododendron. Will certainly try a few cuttings using this year's growth in the summer though. I'd be happy to get just one to root 🙂 @liz123

Gorgeous 💛

You're very welcome Lin. You should have no problem with them germinating. I have them coming up all over the place! @linfoster 👍

Thanks Kerry 🙂 @kez001uk
