Thank you @nessas & @gjones This huge now. Got it as a tiny seedling 6 years ago, only a few inches tall. Now about 5 ft tall & wide!

Never fed it either @gjones It just seems to like the soil there! 😁

Blimey I planted one this year under a salix tree! Wonder if it will get this big!

Could do, given time @harifowkes This was in a pot for 2 years & planted out in what is a deep clay soil bed. It'll have to be "tamed" I think, once it's finished flowering!

Wow what a Hebe!#jeatacake all your plants (except Lupin) and shrubs love your clay soil and whatever else you do 😊😊💙💙💙💙

Thanks Christine 💜 I must say that this & 1 or 2 other hebes, have all done amazingly well. I don't think it's much to do with me, but more the soil, good rainfall here (usually) & the positioning of the bulk of the garden, with most plants getting well over 50% full sun @midnightgardener

@jeatacake I've never seen a Hebe so healthy as yours. Mine are doing better than ever my garden just seems well established now. Shrubs that never had any colour or flower are doing really well so I'm very pleased about that 😊😊

Thank you. I have another, more pinkish one in the front garden which is doing very well too, but a white one which did well last year, is looking sickly this year🤔 I guess that the spell of better than normal weather over the last 6 weeks or so may be factor in plants doing well this summer 👍 @midnightgardener
