@jeatacake just read "The entire shoot may turn black and die" 😨 I think those plastic greenhouses don't let enough air circulate and things get damp maybe😕 plus crap soil. This top of my to do list this morning.
Cheers @terrimclaughlin It should be OK for the next couple of weeks while I'm still away. It does need to be planted out soon though in a good spot. It may even have an offset shoot with its own roots.
@Leno I received a green-colored plastic large greenhouse this was my first winter and now summertime I saw a comment on jeatacake’s profile about your plastic greenhouse. Do you have any tips on air circulation I have a fan on the ground but I’m thinking I need a couple up top somewhere. It’s great for seeding and for storing my plants in the winter Any advice would b appreciated 😊💕
@terrimclaughlin mine is 12ft x 8 ft & only ventilate it in summer with Windows open & door too depending on how sunny & therefore hot it will get. Certainly no ventilation in winter here & no artificial ventilation.
In the winter when it got in the 3o’s F I had a small heater but the other day it was 90F and some of my smallest plants were too hot!! Maybe this is a stupid question but what do you use it for in mid summer when it’s so hot??? Could you do seedings?? By the way hope your day was great it’s evening there isn’t it??
@jeatacake The winter was good I stored a lot of plants/tropicals and other fragile plants but when it gets about 90F a lot of my younger plants/flowers don’t like it!! So what do u use it for in mid hot summer days?? Seeding?? Hope your day was wonderful over there!!! It’s evening now, right? I believe Thailand is about 12 hours different in time
@leno. This is mine right now, bought in Holland last April & still in its pot 😕 Note though:- not a scorch mark to be seen! 😉😁
Hmm😕I'll need to investigate. I'm going to change the soil, or maybe get it in the ground when weather is a bit better. No scorch marks on yours😅
Will have to get mine planted out too. No scorch marks. Apart from the new shoots just looking a bit dry & shrivelled up 😆😆😆 @leno

Oh no 😦 hope it recovers outside 🤞🤞🤞 @leno Defo better outside all winter
Is that a shoot on it Jeff?
Maybe you could transplant it in real good soil that it like with a touch of root how or plant food. I hope it lives too 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😊💕
