At last. This skimmia is covered in flower buds after languishing at the front of the house for a couple of years. Now moved to a sheltered bed at the back. Seems happier. 🌸

This is the Skimmia which never held its flower buds when it was planted at the front of the house. So I moved it to the back garden and voila! Obv much happier in its new spot
Looks the same variety as mine, love the scent of the flowers. Mine was in a sorry state, abandoned in a pot by previous house owners 18 years ago. I planted it into the ground a year later and it has never looked back. It's about 5 foot high and 4 foot wide😊
