I've always had a garden. I enjoy a challenge! I love the rewards when it all comes together. And I learn something new nearly every day. Perfect 🌻

First harvest from my potatoes grown in different mixes. Red Duke of York in New Leaf compost 1040g from 2 seed potatoes. Foremost in New Leaf, Multi purpose and manure 1032g from 3 seed potatoes. However, the proof of the pudding -or in this case the potato-is in the eating. Will report later. #gyo

Today’s labours. Spuds planted. Red Duke of York and Foremost. Three bags of each. I’m doing an experiment. One in multi purpose compost : one in New Leaf compost (green bin waste): and one in manure, new leaf and multi purpose mix. Watch this space 🥔
