@jennlamaye these flowers on this are different from a swamp hibiscus its a kenaf plant or cannabinus hibiscus i have these growing too at first i thought swamp but then researched it and was surprised it was a different hybiscus

It’s very weird. It was only on the first two leaves, the ones that emerged from the soil. I assumed it was white flies? @cyndi

@cyndi chopped and neemed. That was my first instinct, but after reading about it I won’t be able to sleep. So glad I washed up right after and that my pup and little one didn’t have access to it.

@columbiariver @KariSamuel and another friend think mites. I think so too. Don’t look it up. You won’t sleep at night. 😳

Just to let y’all know I was just going through things that life throws at us. I found out I have that COPD. Which won’t kill me and now I have to wear these leg pressure units that are motorized twice a day an hour at a time. For blood clots in my feet. So I was just mad but I’m good now just thought I owed everyone an explanation

Plant the seeds while the weather is still warm, covering them with 1/4th inch of compost or good soil. Keep the seed tray in bright light and maintain moist but not wet soil. Seedlings that come up this fall will be one-gallon size by spring with warmth and light over the winter.
