@cyndi I didn't see this message for some reason 😞 It smells lovely (when I can smell it over the alyssum). And I tried looking up the variety but couldn't quite find it.
@cyndi I have abelia. It looks somewhat similar actually. But they flower at different times. I have seed from my abelia, but I'm not sure if they'll germinate.
@cyndi is jasmine a form of abelia? I don't think so, but now that I'm comparing they look so similar. And they both had beautiful aromas. But I'm pretty sure this is jasmine, don't know what type. And the other I tagged you in is abelia, probably abelia grandiflora. I have seeds from that, but from what I've read they are sterile and you can only propagate from cuttings. I will have to look up how to propagate the jasmine since I have no clue.
@cyndi you have me guessing. Lol. I wouldn't have even thought about them as similar until I just looked them up. Which do you like? Abelia or jasmine?
Okay, I give up. Now I think this is an abelia, too. 😝 Calling in all plant experts... @cyndi @plants @lovestogarden @KariSamuel @Christos @Acetaker @moore.794
I think it's Abelia grandiflora @jennlamaye . This might help you more https://www.rhs.org.uk/Plants/189357/Abelia-x-grandiflora-Prostrate-White/Details
I think abelia. Looking at each individual flower it is wider just under petals where jasmine is straiģht and the flower is waxy. Abelia leaves are about 1"x1/2" @cyndi @jennlamaye
#jasmine

@cyndi I'm thinking you had it right 😉
@cyndi the top left of the photo has the leaves. Opposite. (Ignore the ivy on the right. 😉)

Hahaha. Well... guess I don't have any jasmine. 😉 Thank you @cyndi @moore.794 @Christos ❤️
It's funny. It blooms much later than the other abelia I have. Now I have to figure out what variety that one is. 😉 @cyndi
