@jitug - I have experienced damage to buds during heat wave conditions. This can also happen in drought conditions. I dead headed the buds, gave them a good slow deep water to bring them back. It depends on what your weather conditions have been - if you have experienced wet conditions refer to late bloomers advice. A seasol treatment would help and make sure your pot is big enough for the size of the Rose and do not let the pot dry out. Do not wet the foliage.

@janmartin @latebloomer my rose is not blooming since long, also buds are turning black and fallen off. Any suggestions ?
