Dracaena reflexa syn. pleomele reflexa

Help me identify this plant. I got a small piece when I visited Port St. Lucie, FL. I planted it in the ground about 6 months after being home in SW Georgia. It's growing so nicely from just the small piece, but I dont know if it blooms or how big the scrub/trees typically get.
