Not aloe, haworthia. Aloe flowers are different in shape, and they're orange. Haworthia flowers are white. I can't ID from this picture though, needs to be close enough to see details.

Thanks @DonNotDonny . That gave me something to look at. The closest I can find is the 'Lime green' Zebra plant although mine has some brown leaves.

Good to hear. The reddening of the leaves is due to sunlight.
