This one has stumped me. I thought maybe beardlip penstemon but not sure. @dan5584 @richard.spicer.7906 are great people to follow and much more knowledgeable than me... maybe they’d be able to help 👍🏼
It’s a Phygelius (Cape Fuchsia or Cape Figwort), could be a variety called African Queen but I’m not familiar with all the varieties available so there maybe others with red flowers. African Queen is salmon red/pink and if you lift up the ends of flowers they have yellow throats @jonathanknee @justin
