Thanks however I bought this plant a few years ago at a plant fair and it grew nicely then became strangled by weed. I bought it because it had a leaf like a horse chestnut but it isn't. I think it grows to about 4-5 ft I think has ginormous leaves all the same shape and it might have a fluffy white flower. As I said it was choked my husband dug up the tuber type root and potted it. This is the result so far. Does that help any one?

I've just looked at a picture of the fully grown plant and I'm sure your right. I sort of recognised the name but I had forgotten and did not know where to look. Thank you We will take better care this time. Do you think that it should be kept in a pot till it gets bigger?
