Are these hard to grow from seed? I need a flower this #fragrant in my garden...

@emch , absolutely easy sprouts from seed, best is to sow direct on the ground, south oriented, in pots they show poor performance(also doesn't like transplanting). Best performance i got if a sow them in autumn, and if they survive winter, in spring are fantastic.

Oh, man, my south orientation is more buildings. Could they tolerate facing west, do you think?

@emch, west orientation will be fine, maybe you will have less flowers but find the brightest position and im sure that you will enjoy in the evening fragrance. They can be sow freely even in summer. Give it try and good luck 😉
