@joy4todd. I hope with the Grace of God you are feeling well. Do you use Saffron in your cooking? Or Drinks? It has many good health benefits. We use it in Biryani and Pulaw (Pilaf). If i am not wrong saffron is more expensive than gold. The best saafron is from Iran second best is from Spain.
