It invites you in to the seating area, lovely 🤍🤍🤍

Morning folks on a drizzly - raining start but who knows what the day holds hopefully a lovely one for all
That’s a lovely clematis 😍😍😍
If you remember these were the ones originally planted to grow over the arch for my daughter's wedding, seems an age ago now 🙃 @pelly
That’s a beauty JP🤗
Morning JP lovely clem....
Oh yes, I remember 😍
Oh i like that one 😍

My #bestofnovember even though this is supposed to be an early flowering variety (was for daughter's wedding)
Maybe the Clematis thought that her name was more appropriate for late flowering, Jeremy? 🤔🤣😘
It's a beauty, I love the contrasting anthers 💜💜💜
Haha Barbara, good thought @jacaranda
Beautiful, it's so very pretty 💕💕💕
Beautiful flower

Morning folks hopefully a day good enough to go for a long walk in the Derbyshire dales. The Queen has made a 3rd appearance this year for reasons best known to her but I'm not complaining
Morning Jeremy. A third flush ....very nice. Hope you get your walk in today ...enjoy 👋🙂
Morning Jeremy, I wouldn’t complain either, she’s lovely. Enjoy your walk 🚶
Morning Pauline 🙋♂️ must admit I'm looking forward to it @flof1952
Morning Jane 🙋♂️ I have to take her out of the planter to get into the ground this winter @pelly
I remember you cataloguing quite a few inherited clematises, how did they all do? 🤔
General Sikorski I dug out as it was in the wrong place, Madame Julia Correvon I cut to about 30cm very late in the season but has performed beyond every expectation and finally Montanana Wilsonii is still going well @pelly
That's brilliant ☺️
Afternoon JP 🙂🤍
Afternoon Ange 👋

This flowered in May as planned for my daughter's wedding (that didn't happen for obvious reasons) but it's trying again i think, odd 🤔 😳
That’s a bonus! Some earlier clematis do flower again
Well that's good news Joan 😊
It's completely normal Jeremy, the flowers are normally smaller though 👍

Morning all, hope the winds of yesterday are a thing of the past. The clematis seemed to have weathered it unlike my french bean which had all its leaves blown off 😟
Oh excuse the rubble round it, hopefully the landscaping will be completed this week 🤞
Was this for the wedding JP? Very pretty
Morning ☁️ JP, hope not too much damage. A lot calmer thankfully today for a spot of garden cleanup. Beautiful clematis

The Clematis has just bloomed in the last day or so. A little late than hoped for as they were for my daughter's wedding last Friday sadly postponed, nearly timed it right 😊
You went all out for your daughters wedding- what a lovely dad she has
Awe thanks Sharon, she like my son are rather special 😊 @sharonhayden

These were grown for my daughter's wedding in May, now sadly postponed until December but I'm fascinated to see if they flower by the 15th 😃🙏
It’s looking like they will 🤍
Awe so many weddings 👰 have had to be cancelled this year , looks like it’s about to flower soon 🤍🤍🤍
@pelly @lovemygarden65 🙏🤞

I'm hoping that there is even more of these for my daughter's wedding next May
Fabulous 💜
They're going to look beautiful covering the arches 💚
Thank you Sue
I'm hoping with a limited pruning early next year they'll reach the top @anges 😁
Fingers crossed ☺ What is it called?
Clematis 'Snow Queen' which hopefully grows up to 3m high and can start flowering in early May 🤞 @anges
Morning with your TLC I'm sure they will 😆👍

Morning folks, hope it's a super Saturday foy you all. This is the clematis I put in the planters either side of the arch in preparation for my daughters wedding next May and though they've only just flowered now I'm assured they normally flower then.
Morning Jeremy. So glad it's flowered for you ....such a pretty one 👋🙂
Thank you Pauline and hopefully it'll flower a couple of months earlier next year 🤞🤞🙏🙏
Fingers crossed Jeremy 🤞🤞🤞
Lovely 😍
Hi folks, I got 10 mins before the rain came down again but at least the Clematis is put to bed.
Afternoon Jeremy. A job done in the nick of time 👍
I don't think it was too early as the leaves had mostly turned @pelly
I meant before the rain came, which seems to be rather too often recently 😂☔️
@pelly 😁
