Just coming into flower hoping the display is worth the work gone into getting it back to a good shape

This uncovered Deutzia is flowering it's cotton socks off but not a lot of scent to it (strange as I thought they all had a strong scent 🤔)

Are you thinking of daphnes?

I could be Joan, and I may have miss-identified this shrub anyway 😏 @joannie.a

Deutias are flowering now so you could be right with name of shrub

Morning Jeremy .. fab whatever it is 🤍

This is the first full year since uncovered this tree and its really coming into its own. I now need to learn how to look after it and prune it properly (that'll take a few years I think 🤔)

Morning JP ... that’s lovely 💓

Always remind me of a car somehow 🤔 gorgeous 🌸🌸

Morning all, rain on its way to Cheshire. Tucked against a hedge in the front garden was this neglected Deutzia. I've not discovered the variety yet but will save, prune and rejuvenate it if I can. Garden's full of surprises

Morning JP...nice find..

Morning Jeremy, I’m loving all these finds 🙋♀️😍

Morning Elaine, morning Jane the longer I leave it the more I discover. I know you should leave a garden a year but I don't have that option (areas were unsafe and others overgrown) @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom @pelly 👋👋

You’ve probably got a lot more to come yet 😍

But very stylish rocks Jason 😅😅

Morning Jeremy. How wonderful ...love surprises 👋😃
Morning folks, I rescued this from a seriously overgrown hedge and pruned it, now it seems happy enough
It sure does JP…👍🏼
Morning Jeremy, you must have done a cracking job 🌸🌸🌸
Morning Jeremy.. that’s beautiful 🌸
