Please help me identify this plant, it was a gift from my SIL. They're small bulbs, grows to about 400cm high, spreads well, late flowers of pink / mauve (see the old petal colour). The supported stem she tells me is nigh on twice the normal height. Oh and it likes sun to partial shade #plantid any help greatly appreciated
Morning Jeremy! I can’t be certain but the long spent flower stem in the left hand photo looks similar to my Dierama (Angel’s Fishing Rod) although my plant is much bigger than yours and it grows to about 3ft. Maybe there are smaller varieties of the same plant. I hope this helps @jpea

Looks a bit like a KAFFIR LILY Jeremy 👍☺
Thank you Pauline & Barbara, I'll look both those up and let you know @flof1952 @jacaranda
@jpea Not sure it’s Dierama, the seed pods are not pendulous. Could be an Ixia or near relative
I'll check that out Ian, thanks @ianshaw
I think you’re right @ianshaw so forget my suggestion @jpea
Thank you Ian, I think you're spot on!
