Please help me identify this plant, it has an identity stick but it's so faded I can no longer read it, thanks

Hi I think it's now known as persicaria bistorta superba

@joanboston I think you're right about it being a Persicaria but I think it's more like Persicaria amplexicaulis ‘Firetail’ as it has red rather than pink flowers

Revisited it on DuckDuckGo and checked the faded marker and can make out Blackfields 👌😊
