Hey @jpea , these are #sempervivums 👍🏼 they come in a variety of forms and colours, this looks like a more bigger open leaved form.

Thank you Richard, is there a specific way to transplant them @richard.spicer.7906 ?

Certainly delicately, but transplant them to another pot. They are quite hardy but do not like to be too wet so it’s important to use a very well draining mix - I would personally go with half soil based compost and half horticultural grit as a good start. They don’t need feeding but will need repotting occasionally. I would also highlight that after each rosette flowers, that one will die (it’s monocarpic) but it produces offsets round the sides so don’t worry if a recently flowered rosette

(Cont) Starts to die as the little offsets will continue to grow and produce there own offsets and so on. Use a shallow terracotta pot for now, rather than a deep one. Topdress the pot with grit too, will help keep water off the leaves and drain away below and also make it look more decorative. Hope that helps 😄👍🏼

No probs - I know @Soph1e grows a lot of sempervivums so she may also have some additional or alternative advice.

I forgot to mention if a rosette snaps off by mistake when you are replanting it, don’t worry - just poke it in the soil still as they root quite easily.
