Has this plant got a different name in Australia ?

Have looked at these and they are of the protea family . I have yet to find one that looks exactly like my photo but seemingly there are different cultivated varieties . The warpath is the symbol used as the emblem for NSW Australia . You learn something everyday . Fascinating !
