I grind eggshells quite finely and keep stored in a large glass jar till needed. Then make a ring around each seedling. Needs constant topping up though when fine.

Mine aren't much bigger. Very slow this year. I talk to mine everyday. I think that helps !!!
@charlotte neighbours get me as freaky crazy cat woman already- if I start talking to my plants 🌱 I may be directed to mental hospital soon 😂
