@sharonhayden they are the best! We drink the water and use the dried husks as potting media for bromeliads and orchids here.

Nice Justin. Where are you located. I want to grow these but not sure if they grow here in Los Angeles.
@philstalder I’m right next to the equator in tropical Malaysia. So they grow pretty much anywhere here. I fear they will be too cold even in Southern California. They are quite sensitive things.
Oh ok thanks Justin. I’ve been around the world but never Malaysia. Always wanted to go there. I’m sure beautiful plants grow everywhere there including yours. 🤩
