Help me identify this plant. The flower is at the bottom of the picture. The buds at the top. The leaves look identical to the Cosmos plant. There is also a Bachelor's Button bud in the background.
Looks like larkspur - Consolida ajacis.

Yes,it's a annual that has seed pods form where leaves r,j can collect for next yr. Go to your pic,where it lists them all. Over on the right hit button for changing encyclopedia link and edit from there.😎 Hope I typed it for u to u understand..not much sleep last night..UGHH!😏🙄🙃😱😂😂
