I love indoor plants and have a small outdoor garden. I live in Manitoba (Zone 3).

My 'Grandpa Ott' Morning Glories are the only ones that bloomed as the rabbits ate the rest less hardy ones! 7 August 2018

@gjones They are the ones at the beginning of the season, but now, they're eating the stems from from the ground, so the whole vine withers away.😭

@Joan323 Thanks. Morning Glories remind me much of of my childhood when our neighbours had them in their yard.

Soaking my Morning Glory and Sweet Peas seeds for 24 hours before planting outside. @gjones, I've never tried this before, is it too early to put the seeds in the ground in my zone?

@kaigia. Sounds like we've planted the same thing and this also is my first year to use seeds, annuals, outside. I grow houseplants too and used some of my plants to make starts for outside. Anyway, nice to meet you! Oh, blue Morning Glory have come up and about 10 sweet pea seeds. No pink Morning Glory tho. Planted about 3 weeks ago. Bye for now!

Thanks for liking my Chinese Hibiscus. Wish I could have gotten a better pic but it was starting to rain. I liked your arrangement of Morning Glory & Sweet Pea seeds & packets. Very thoughtful. 🐱

@gjones, I've hardened them off for about 5 days and in the ground they're going tonight. Wish me luck as this is the first I've seeded.
