The baby is in hospital with pneumonia from a common cold. We've been admitted so I didn't get a chance to protect the plants from the winds and storms. Garden is in a bit of a state, I missed my chance to do some staking that was needed. I thought I'd lost my sulphide anemone completely this year so this was a nice little surprise against 'the bride'. I'm choosing to believe it's my gift from nature telling me it'll all be ok. #healinggardens #mentalhealth #gardentherapy
Oh Calie my heart goes out to you ....family is more important of course. Nature is such a wonder ....has a way of coping in difficult times. Keep us updated please ...sending you all love and hugs 😘🫂🙏
🫂 thanks @flof1952 Pauline You are so right 💜 and feel the support from here. Will keep everyone posted we are hoping to be out properly tomorrow or Monday but needs some more follow up because it's her second time in a month (I didn't post then but we were hospitalised in Greece for a week.... That's why only 3 pictures from our trip, otherwise I would have had enough to spam the feed daily 😅)
@jacaranda 🫂 💜🫶 Completely, it is already a gift because I know I have lots of gardening to do now when I can as garden therapy for my nervous system. Even the bad weather I feel is well timed because it's keeping everything watered for me. I've come home for the night to have a rest and a shower. God bless our NHS they've been incredible
Oh Callie , that’s so scary for you , hope baby is doing better now .. don’t worry about the garden , it’ll still be there , family first , always big hugs 🤗
Thank you @brightcolours and @juliesgarden .. As an update for everyone @flof1952 @jacaranda we are being released today 🙌🤞 we have a whole management plan and have been to expect having to come back in for virus and infections until she grows her lungs a bit more (essentially treating her as asthmatic/ low immunity). We've been told pets can exasberate so Yondu the GSD is going to get a daily hoovering along with the floors 😂 and the thick pile rugs are getting chucked
Pleased to hear you'll be back home soon ....nothing like your own environment. You're in good hands Calie so try and relax ....sending very best wishes to you all 👍😘🫂

Such dreadful news. Hope you are able to get a good nights rest and it’s reassuring news the NHS is giving super care and support.

That’s excellent news! I’m sure you’ll be taking things one day at a time and as you have lots of backup life will slowly get better. 😘😘🤗🤗
That’s great news , take care of yourselves , what would we do without the NHS ❤️
I hope she’s settled in well now she’s back home. Grow little lungs, grow!!
