Hi @karall - looks like you have lovely Dahlia there. Not sure on specific variety but they are all generally pretty similar to look after. Should have tubers underground, which will usually need some frost protection or dug up and kept in frost free place over winter. Keep deadheading the flowers to ensure it generates new buds.
