Dracaena marginata tricolour....so easily propagated. Worked in a wholesale nursery many years ago and we specialised in dracaenas.

Yukkas tend to be the heavier thicker stemmed ones, with creamy yellow flowers. But I guess why nursery industry keeps central names....lol

Another piece of advice I learnt was to place dollop of honey onto cut to help heal.
