Eryngium foetidum

I need a #plantID please. Got this little guy from my mum a few weekend back. She says it is a cilantro but I've never seen one with strappy leaves like this. I only knew of the one that looks like flat leafed parsley. Does anyone know what variety this is? #cilantro #gift #structure #spiral #gyo #edible

It's Mexican coriander, Eryngium foetidum. It's a good choice in Aus cause it's perennial and doesn't bolt. I had one but left it at my old house when I moved 😕 dumb move me!

Thanks @brightcolours and @KathyB. Im so glad to hear it won't bolt to seed. I've always had trouble with coriander. It doesn't matter if I grow it from seed or buy seedlings, give it a few weeks and it is all seeds!
