Aeonium Arboreum Velour

After months of not doing anything, not even rooting, this little cutting is all of sudden coming to life and seems to have grown tons of roots in just a few days.[20180912] #succulents #aenium

Help me identify this plant. Got gifted this cutting about 2 months ago and it still hasn't rooted. Dead? The rosette doesn't feel dry or anything. #succulent-help #succulents
