Been wanting to get one for ages and have finally treated myself. My question is, as it's a young plant, with the current frost should I pot it inside and repot in spring or just go ahead and plant out now but protect it with a fleece? #advice #cordyline #finally

If you Google the RHS site and put it's name in it will tell you about it. I don't think it's fully frost hardy as a new plant Karolina👍👍👍

Depends where you are in the country in the south you should be fine but up north it probably best to protect over winter for a few years @karolinas

Even in the south I would advise keeping it under cover until late spring. As a small plant it can also be susceptible to the winter wet too , not just the frosts @karolinas

Thanks very much for all your advice guys! It will live in a pot in the garden, I think I might wait for a milder weather to plant out and then wrap it up. @pelly @carolgs @melvynprentice
