Crazy horned melon...look how far it reached! ripped it out today @humus ...replaced it with a #littlebibi :)

That couldnt be a volunteer cucumber could it ? The leaves would be be furry/sticky and smell slightly cucumbery

Thats right. The little seeds sometimes are in compost and they decide all by themselves to volunteer to grow in your garden without you even trying 😀

I noticed some little tendrils, if you want to grow it up you can put a stake near it and coax it up.😉

So this has turned out to be a "horned melon"!! The vine spread quite quickly, and is now bearing fruit. They look like a spiky fat cucumber so I googled them. There you go! I have no idea how it ended up in my garden! :) #plantid @deekay @ankur1406
