Thanks @Keely and @carolgs I did complain but they told me this is their winter hue?? They have said if there is not lots of new green growth in spring to get back to them! I bought three and they are all the same!

I just bought three of theses and they arrived brown. Are they ok?
No send them back there supposed to be Evergreen green all year not brown @katesmck
