I got two of these earlier this year. One is planted out the front and seems to be thriving. This one is starting to fade a bit. Neither have had much attention since planting. The leaves on this look mottled and I just cut off a few branches that seemed to have been stripped back and had no strength so were flopping - any ideas #help

Should say this is in a shadier spot than the other but I thought it could handle shade?
