@poiuz white sapote is Casimiroa edulis and mamey is Pouteria sapota. I believe mamey has the highest sugar content of any fruit in the world (was told that at Tropical Fruit World) and it tastes a bit like super sweet roast pumpkin. Of course that could have been my imagination because it is bright orange
