#plantid I found a bulb in an old pot so replanted it and this is the result, anyone know what it is?

Hi @gardengall hm now that's a good question! I've never seen a tuber before but having looked at pics it could well have been? It was about the size of a daffodil bulb. Thanks for your help!
It looks so familiar ... I thought the leaves might look a bit like the dwarf dahlias I grew last year, which is why I was checking. But I think my tubers were bigger than a daffodil bulb 🤔 And they haven't come back this year for me to check. Sorry, I haven't been much help!!
@gardengall It's a mystery! What's odd is that it wasn't growing in my garden last year? I moved here last winter so saw things come up last spring but this didn't!

Ah that's great that you've solved the mystery 😃 And it explains why it is familiar to me, I've grown some from seed!! 😶
