I'm completely new to gardening; I've recently had an existential crisis that has manifested in trying to bring nature into our tiny apartment home.

My sage plant was attacked sometime in the night!! Anybody have any ideas what this could be? #help #advice #herbs #pestcontrol

@Acetaker it sits on the ground on my patio, next to a peppermint plant that seemed unaffected. Would it better raised off the ground? I have a little wire shelf it can sit on.

I would put it off the ground..R u downstairs in Apts? I would say that it possibly apids eating on it. Only way to stop or them slow down is to place a powder for them. I have to do mine that way, too.

We are on the bottom level of an apartment. I'll be sure to put it on my wire rack tonight before bed. And I'll pick up some aphid powder the next time I go to Lowe's. Thanks so much :)

The peppermint probably won't have any fear😲 for the little critters lol! 😂 Most All critters do hate the smell of it.

I've read it's pretty resistant :) I've wondered if I could place my sage pot inside of a bigger pot and then plant mint around the smaller sage pot. That way the sage is surrounded by bug resistant mint!
