Only just bought one of these yesterday Keely. Looks fabulous! Do you grow yours in a planter?

@italydiva yes they are in pots as they won't survive Winters over here so I bring them in house over Winter and let them dry out then cut back in Spring split them into pots to spread more for following year, they like plenty of water n feed n full sun to thrive 😄

Depends how big plant is really 😕 but leave at least 6" either side to allow new shoots form if that helps 😄 @italydiva sorry Angela forgot to tag u into my last response 😕

Afternoon peeps canna looked lovely in sunshine yesterday who's betting rains destroyed it today, just had a huge gale n storm bit of flash flooding and few leaning plants 😕 💛 enjoy your evening 😊

That's early, mine are still all leaf and no signs of a flower yet😊

@angiecrazycatlady my peach one flowered very early about 3 wks ago this is first on the yellow one but the reds not far behind either 😄

I grew some from last years seeds, I dont expect them to flower this year, but the foliage is lovely anyway, they were so easy from seed too 😊

Oooh I saved last years seeds too just in case I lost these might have to try them 👍😄 @angiecrazycatlady

I used a heated propagater as I grew them in January but you probably wouldn't need it if you start them now 😊

Afternoon peeps had a good day cutting loads back in front garden and thinning out lots of bare spots to fill ready for when I go to Harrogate flower show 😄 this #canna has certainly benefited from the #sunshine 💛💛💛
