Clematis florida 'Alba plena'

Thought I'd lost this one but it has a few buds on it foliage not great maybe needs more sun but as its doubled up with Princess Diana I may struggle to move it now 💚

@pelly @suerichards it is different be nice with a deep purple one but its struggling on north facing wall, compost in pot needs changing next year so might try see if I can separate roots n move it to front with my purple one gets more sun there 😆

@pelly it does great in shade so don't put it on a sunny side this is on north facing wall Jane only gets sun very late afternoon and it's done really well, just a tip 👍😊

@kimguy thank you Kim they get late sun as in shade most of day so pleased with them the pics don't do them justice on how nice they are and only in their 2nd year loads of buds still to open too really pleased especially as we had such a harsh winter 😄

@susanhumphrey333 it's at the other side of window Sue but yes at the back kitchen door is to right of window 😄 the alba plena is lovely I did a bit of research to see what would do well on north facing wall and it said try the plenas 👍

@pelly this one was only in a 9cm pot Jane I brought it on in a deeper pot for about 4 weeks then potted it out and its been flowering 6 weeks so far must have about 30 flowers on it and it only gets very late afternoon sun 😊
