@lesliecole49 I saw one in flower and loved it so that's why I got it too there are at least 5 buds on this to open up 😆
Can't wait for pictures! Mine was in nloom when I got it but there's a few unopened buds on it yet.
@lesliecole49 only snapped a bud off it when I went to plant it in border arghhhh now only 3 buds left, not sure it will survive over winter either grrr! So darn annoyed with myself that's with trying to straddle other plants to get it in right place!! 😡
Every one I've put in started very rough, they died back, didn't flower, but the second year on each one has been much better. Healthy plants lots of flowers. I'll have put in 3 new ones this year so far. None of them look great but I'm expecting better next year.
I'm expanding my one border for that straddle reason!
@lesliecole49 I really hope these come back I'm loving all varieties of echinacea especially the doubles so fingers crossed I've put it in well drained soil with extra grit 😆
I came home yesterday with 3 new coneflowers! (I looove the clearance rack!) 2 pow wow white and a Cheyenne spirit. I'd love to find some more double scoops tho. I love coneflowers too, definitely a favorite. @Keely

Sometimes it just amazes me what they put on their clearance rack Keely! I'm like, "are you kidding? Their flowering season is just starting and they're on clearance already?"
