Freesia lactea

Cataloguing last years replacements that rotted in the pot....note to self take them in summerhouse over Winter

I got the blue/white ones also a mix of colour they were my nans favourite cut flower I did do some the first year I did the garden but they never came back I’ve done them in pots this year so I can put them in the greenhouse over the winter ❄️ would you still water them then 🤔🤷‍♀️

@nessas when I put bulbs in Summerhouse I don't usually water them as it's quite damp in there over Winter with no light Hun 😄 I've put mine in pots between grasses as they flopped a bit in pots on their own but if you have support they will be ok 😄

Morning Peeps 😆 threw in a few #freesia bulbs a friend gave me in with the potted up #miscanthus grass and they are all coming into flower now great support from the grass and they smell divine 💛💛💛 Have a good day hope the suns as bright as this freesia 🌞🌞🌞

These were all supposed to be pink but they look pretty together in a #pot in hot pot border 💕🌺💕🌺

@Jasonsparkes1 Going to put these in border next year oppose to a pot they need a bit of support or to grow through other plants which will support it but lovely flowers Jason well worth the £1 in sale at wilkos 😄

My ma liked these & the scent is intoxicating 👍

I don't think they've even grown chick. It's difficult to tell as they're amongst other things. Oh well maybe I try them in pots again like I did last year 😊
