Leptospermum scoparium 'Red Damask'

This was wasted in next doors garden thought it would look better in mine before new owners complete on house sale, it's been neglected as never cut back watered or fed so hoping it will survive it's ordeal of been moved in flower, been temporarily potted up until foxgloves go over and it gets planted into its new spot 😄😄 💞🌸💞🌸💞

@wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom it will go in ground exactly same spot as my neighbours garden behind hedge but potted it up for now got it by root so hardly disturbed it, it's not got shape to it so will shape it n cut half back this year after its flowered it's very woody at the bottom 🌼

@jeatacake isn't it lovely I thought it was dead about 3 wks ago but it's burst into bloom now just had to have it 🌼

@charlotte no no the current owners did say help yourself to anything I want from garden, it was just a delay getting this one all other plants they have I put in it anyway, just this one and a sneaky clump of a white geranium, no one would know it has gone just threw weeds over hole it came from 😁

@lovemygarden65 me too Marilyn admired it for couple of years now but thought it had died this year but it's just burst into flower this week seemed a shame to leave it when gardens been taken over by weeds 😮
