Please help me identify this plant. I live in southeast Louisiana.

Is that a dwarf oleander?

@kerimanuel what I found is nerium oleander 'album' says nothing about dwarf- that's all I got!🤔🤓😰
@ShelleySnyder thank you! I did find some info on them. Looks like their are dwarf versions. They just don't get very tall.
I have dwarf oleanders with pink flowers but the shrub gets very tall if i let it go. I cut the bushes back every year They are called dwarf because of the small leaves and cluster of blooms i believe.
