@jeatacake bit upset after losing one already 😐 the hot winds a couple of weeks back damaged it beyond saving. The others are all doing ok but can see why you had trouble with them in the past. Watering is a real balancing act with these 🤪

It's worth the effort though if you get results like this 👍🧡❤

Oh, I thought they'd be annuals. If perennial, getting them through winter could be a challenge shall we say!

@jeatacake apparently they are grown as annuals here but they said they can be overwintered. Not too sure I’ll bother 😂

There's probably lots of plants like that which are too finnickety for our winters which would otherwise be perennials 🤔

@jeatacake and sometimes it’s best leaving them to do their thing where they thrive 😜 they’re nice annuals but at £4 a plant I don’t think I’d make them a regular feature 😂

I think I'd have another bash at growing them from seed. If I remember correctly though, the seeds were just like specs of dust!
