How do they usually look?

Very different colour to previous years!

@emch they’re usually purple and white. Scroll to the next photo and shows how it should be. Maybe in need of a good feed 🤔

@brightcolours it looks like an entirely different flower 🤯 it’s the shape of the original but the colouring of its potmate 🫤

@hkyfvr who can resist a pancake 😋😋 I gave up trying the traditional way and bought a hot plate that you dip in the batter and it cooks them perfectly 😅

@cyndi I haven’t noticed them on some of mine but most have. Jeff has had some luck growing from seed so he’ll know much more than me 😁 I can collect some for you to try. Nothing ventured and all that 😛

None here this morning & 5C on way to work 👍 Yes, I've been caught out by unexpected ones, but now everything is in the greenhouse it's not such a worry.

@jeatacake we were supposed to have 5 degrees overnight but woke up to find we’d had a sharp frost 🙈 not a single warning about it either and I’d not heated the greenhouse. Hoping everything will be ok 🤞🏻

I've picked most of them now as they soon ripen indoors. The idiot did cut back a honeysuckle growing over the fence & the other week they threw a plastic bottle into my garden. They got it back with a warning that it'd better not happen again. Fortunately, the loud music has virtually stopped now. I think a few neighbours must have complained to the council.
